In every part of the globe there are children with various incurable diseases. Cancer is not a disease that is transmitted itself so any child with such a disease shall not be treated differently or marginalized.
This artwork is well known for his hatch style made in a childish way. The child is dressed in a black sportswear, what it means the lack of affection, and the racism of the human being. His gaze directed to the left means his way to regard the racism as part of the past. This kid has embraced multiculturalism through his innocence. A child marginalizes, only if he is learned. Otherwise he plays with everyone regardless disease, nationality, culture, „colour” or religion. This innocence have only adults who travel and recognize the goodness in the hearts of all. They can act as this child.
The foot which exits of the page, opens more the composition, and it represents the uncertain future, he wants to know. He stopped by his posture, the negative events encountered (by the lack of affection) and it leaves room for the interpretation's viewer, hoping for a good thing.

The relationship between the flags and the globe represents the multiculturalism that everyone should hold it. From any part of the globe, personal needs, and nationalism shouldn’t take priority over love.
