Silence of A Sufi
Manifested "Silence". To being quite (not talking or less talking) and to being silent is different in spirituality..A Sufi or Seeker(Friend Of God)' Love who says with contentment and submission to God: “I am satisfied with whatever You want without any expectations, and love You without any thought of reward.” The Sufi’s love of God is not based upon any expectation of reward or fear of punishment, for the Sufi does not have any wishes and demands. They are silent souls in the court of their Beloved and only served Him to sake of Him.In spirituality The Sufis meditate on Listening silence and witnessed themselves according sacred law of instructions. On high levels a devote become the giver who love Him for His sake, and who have come to taste the sweet oneness of this love in the very substance of h/er being. H/er love not based upon any constraints or conditions. This love draws a Sufi back to Him, back to what always is, to the eternal moment which does not belong to time..The Sufi’s devotion to God and to the master of the Path represents this latter form of love. In short "Silence" is the very important and a strict mediation in Spirituality and Sufism and the subject of my painting as well.. Hope my explanation regarding subject of my painting helps in some way to understand the meaning of silence in spirituality.
