This work was recorded as Fire in a hospital or in a city , depending on how the building was interpreted, half-hidden by smoke, whose façade is drawn with dark lines over the red brushstrokes of the flames. In the close-ups, the painter sketched a group of figures and highlighted that of a woman lying face down on a trolley carried by two men.
