"Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen"

Interpretation of this internal motivation "Courage is what it takes to stand up and speak; courage is also what it takes to sit down and listen" after my lecture asked me to try other technique after I did portrait where I am standing and forced to do realism where else they wanted me to be more artistic....then I sat down and listen then that's when the second self portraot was done where I am sitting, so I called it after that motivational quote I once pasted on my facebook. Hope you like it please let me know how am I doing, what can I fix and tips on what to do am so in love with doing photo realistic drawing and my target is hyper realism. Anybody please help.
