Toussaint Lemaistre (1807/8–1888)  1833

Corot painted fewer than fifty portraits. Most were made about 1830 and all depict his family and friends. Lemaistre, an architect, married Corot’s niece Blanche Sennegon (d. 1846) in 1832. (Source: The Metropolitan Museum of Art)
