This barrier is located at one end of The Old Church Path, Esher. In 2006 it was suffering from weathering and graffiti but has since been repainted white. There are many elderly pensioners living in Esher who use the Old Church Path to reach the local library (seen in the upper centre) and the High Street. In the distance four such people are seen walking towards the bar...
