There are not many places where you can paint palm trees and snow clad mountains in the same scene. Granada is one of them. This sunny spot in the Albaicin offers one of the best views of the Alhambra Palace and fortifications with the Sierra Nevada mountains behind. This quiet plaza is situated between San Miguel and San Nicolas. It is more peaceful here than the busy Mirador de San Nicolas and the composition from here places the snowy mountains directly behind the palace.
