Portrait of Naomi

I met Naomi last week when she was with a group from Holland on an art’s and crafts holiday at Cortijo La Paloma in Las Negras. The group were in the gardens having a break from some Latin American dancing with a Cuban instructor. Naomi has the kind of face that stands out in a crowd and I wanted to paint her portrait so i asked her if she would pose for me. The soft light in the shade of the palms was perfect
