Artist painter, writer, art performer, he was graduated from Academy of Fine Arts in Rome to august 2013 and he's the author of novel “Romanticus Dei”, published in 2016. He lives in the north of Rome which draws a lot of inspiration for his artworks, developing a expressive-abstract research based on movements of the soul and psychological dynamics of the human figure. In last years, he's used to make his artworks on paper, using rags, newpapers, sometimes without brushes and using also isolant trasparent masks.
Luciano Costantini, Art Manager of art gallery SEAC, said that "Petrucci [...] draws lines of demarcation between figurative and abstract form with the stroke and the color. His artworks are laid out in a defined limbo but with uncertain contours, which lead to emotional evaluations on his art, linked to lines and colors in a contrasting balance".
The artist begins to exhibit in Rome, at the Embassy of the Republic of Egypt and at “Venanzio Crocetti” museum, then collaborated with different personalities such as Claudio Giulianelli of Mega Art, Giorgio Capogrossi of Atelier Montez in Rome and Giulia Maselli of SpazioGMarte in Milan. Since 2010, he has created art exhibition projects, and participated in several art exhibitions and personal initiatives of national and international scope, including an artist residency at ADAH - Abu Dhabi Art Hub, UAE. His artworks are known and promoted in the Chinese territory through ARTBANK project, exposing at art fairs in NiJan and Beijing.
His paintings have been chosen by the director Roberto Mariotti for his latest movie, "A life in return", to furnish an interior scene.
His paintings have been sold in auctions by DAMS, Auctions house of Rome.
He's memeber of AIG, Art Internactional Gallery in UK.
He teaches a painting courses in his studio and, currently, he's working on SINERGICA project, a
series of video art performances with the actress Giada Lo Russo.
His artworks are now located in private and public collections in Italy and abroad: Emirates States, Ukraine, Belgium, Holland, China and in the San Francisco Museum, California - USA
