USEUM on Crowdsourcing Week Global Conference

Last Thursday, 21st of April, USEUM had the honour to be invited at Crowdsourcing Week Global Conference. With a great list of speakers aligned for the day, Regent St. Cinema was buzzing from hundreds of attendees passionate about crowdsourcing, disruption and innovation.

USEUM’s Founder and Managing Director Foteini Valeonti presented the company and its mission of making art easily accessible, by utilising crowdsourcing and gamification. The presentation was very well received with people tweeting about it!

Taking advantage of the big stage, we announced that USEUM will be joining the Open Content movement, making available for download in the next few months thousands of Public Domain paintings in high-resolution to be used for any purpose! Having invested plenty of resources time and money-wise on how to properly deal with copyright, we are now in the position to enable such a feature, making USEUM the first platform where people can search, browse and download in high-resolution Public Domain paintings! To be updated on our progress and be notified once the feature is launched simply sign up:

Thanks so much for being part of this journey!

Stay tuned,

The USEUM Team
